The GFL3000 Ground Fault Locator pinpoints ground faults where electrical current is being lost to earth ground on underground, direct buried cable. Armada’s ground fault detector transmits a powerful charge that is tracked by the GFL3000 A-Frame receiver. The receiver then indicates the location of the ground fault based on the direction the analog needle kicks. Following these kicks leads you to the exact location of the ground fault.
Armada’s ground fault detector not only helps you get the job done, it’s also easy to use. Simply connect the transmitter to ground using the included stake and the underground faulted wire to be analyzed, and turn it on. Follow the kicks with the receiver using the visual meter.
The GFL3000 offers features that haven’t been available at this price point — until now. It features both high (3,400v) and low (2,400v) power capability and a battery power indicator, as well as the following:
